On the 22nd of March 2018, I reported a case of racial profiling by one of Matrix shop owners at North gate mall after I went to inquire to the shop with the wrong product being given to me. I wrote to matrix warehouse twitter account and they responded to me that they will give me feedback. Its been five months now and nothing has been done, no feedback given but what they have managed to do is blocking me from twitter as a way of me interacting or following up on my complaint.
