R7,500 for Windows 10 Upgrade on 1 Laptop!!!

I am not the most computer literate person when it comes to upgrades etc. Using it as a tool I see myself as fairly literate.<br> <br> I have been a customer of Matrix for many years. I buy my equipment, software, etc there and whenever I have a problem I have always been impressed with the friendly assistance.<br> <br> Yesterday, I went there to ask them to help me install Windows 10 on 3 of my laptops (yes, I know that I can download it for free). They have done so on one of my other laptops for a minimal charge a few weeks ago. The young gentleman with the black hair and red stripe in it and tattoo on his arm tried to convince me not to do the upgrade. I have never experienced such an attitude. He then made it very clear that he was going to charge me for it and I said that is fine, how much? With a sarcastic smile on his face he said that it would cost me R7,000 + per laptop. I said that that is more than R21,000 for the 3. He smiled and said yes! I left with my 3 laptops, very unhappy.<br> <br> I went to another branch of Martrix where I was assisted by friendly staff who booked in the 3 laptops and completed the 3 upgrades for R500.<br> <br> Matrix, that boy is going to cost you lots of customers!
