R33k Laptop Dead - Poor Service

I took a laptop into the branch months back, to get a fan replacement. The Tech behind the counter took the working laptop apart, without giving me any disclaimer to waver to sign.

Once the tech took the laptop apart to find the fan that needed to be replaced, he put the laptop back together without re-pasting the thermal paste for the CPU.

I specifically understood this when he had given me the laptop back, and knew not to turn it on or touch it until i get a new fan and new thermal paste. I came back to the store, after two weeks having ordered the replacement fan, only to get told that the laptop no longer works because of a motherboard issue.

This laptop was not in use, the tech that worked on the laptop was the only person to open the laptop before it stopped working.

The store and the store owner has still had my laptop for months giving me the run around about checking if the laptop was opened or was touched during the time i had it while waiting for the fan to be replaced.

I am sick of getitng the run around, i need my laptop fixed, or replaced.
