Quick to quote CPA but not interested in service

Took my TP-Link device that was purchased a month before back to CJ @ Matrix Princess Crossing as there was a problem. When I use ONLY the ethernet ports the ADSL stays connected. However, when I connect a wireless device the internet connection drops. The problem is that sometimes this happens when 1 wireless device connects and sometimes it happens when 3 devices connect. Firstly CJ who is a terrible bully tried to explain that the CPA enforces the vendors to keep the device for 7 - 21 days so I would have to wait. ********. This loud, rude man was not in the least helpful. With my hands tied I left my device there for TP-Link to test.

Got the device back on Saturday, about 2 weeks later, and was told that the vendor \Flashed the device and it tested ok". Only to find that when I tried it at the office on Monday it had not been flashed (it still had my old credentials saved"

Hello seanr,

With the fault description supp**** by yourself the unit was tested working 100% by staff at Princess Crossing. It was sent in and it was tested working 100% working as per the supplier.

It would be best to book a call out and let the technician see you replicate the connectivity issue and then try and resolve from there.

The Matrix Team
