Questionable returns policy
I bought a Toshiba external hard drive in August 2016 i have the original sales receipt, box and warranty card from Toshiba (2 Year Warranty on the product). the device is faulty and after spending a lot of money to recover my data Matrix is refusing to honor the warranty. Randpark ridge store and Stoneridge stores claim they have a one year warranty policy... yet its not in black or white on your original slip nor in the warranty card from when i bought the product.
your staff is rude and extremely unhelpful

Should a product carry an extended warranty then this is held directly by the manufacturer.
