Putrid customer service

On March 26, 2019, I emailed Matrix Warehouse via their ********** email address. I was looking for a component for my laptop.

My message read: "Hi,

I am in the west of Johannesburg and I am looking for a backup battery for my HP laptop.

The number on the battery is 807957-001. Not sure if you need the physical battery to check or not.

Kind regards, Junie"

The rude response I received from their receptionist named Maria Van Zyl read:

"WHERE EXACTLY ?"

I promptly responded: "Florida. And hello to you too."

And since then I have heard no apology, nor have I received any assistance.

I don't know if Matrix has too many customers or they just don't care how they speak to us, but I really think this receptionist needs to be taught how to give proper customer service.
