PRINTER SENT FOR REPAIR QUOTE
I bought printer cartridges on 05/11/2015 at this said Matrix store.<br> The black ink did not work, so I took the ink and printer to their store on 06/11/2015 for a quote on repairing it.<br> I had to communicate with them myself regarding the quote and was told it would cost about R1800.00 to repair. I said I could buy 3 other printers for that price, and that I wanted my printer back.<br> We are on the 7th day of January 2016 and to date I have not heard from these people regarding my printer.<br> In my eyes this is theft, as they are keeping my printer and not phoning or messaging me to collect it!<br> This is my second complaint about a Matrix store on this site, and believe me, I will never use them again, and will tell the whole world to not use them EVER!!
As per your CRO form we suspected the print head was faulty, these do tend to be pricey irrespective of the printer's original cost.
My sincere apologies, as is the norm in our industry, the wheels at our suppliers can tend to turn slowly during December, partly due to lower staff numbers and secondly they tend to close outright.

Good Day Mej hales, with regards to your printer our supplier is closed over the last of December and will only be open the 4TH of January, As soon as we have the printer we will contact you for collection. Regards Mark Matrix Festival Mall

Deliveries generally happen on Tuesday's and Fridays.
The printer was re-entered on our system Wednesday (6th) this week.
Your printer is in our possession and ready for collection. Again my apologies for not notifying you on Wednesday and the delay experienced during December's shutdown.
