Poor service for regular customers

Poor service at Matrix in bellville/Durbanville. Just because i bought a black friday special from evetech which was 2 x i9 upgrade kits, the manager at Matrix told me that they would charge me more than the average person to built my pc's at R800 a peace. I mean i have spent between 40 to 50k in the last 2 months alone at Matrix in bellville and as an regular customer being told that im getting charged R800 per pc build because i bought it at evetech is just rediculous. What a joke and absolutely no respect for me as a regular customer. I had my pc's built at computer mania at R200 a pc. Matrix will never get a cent from me again. They are overpriced, always saying they can beat evetech prices, but then quotes me on parts that is still more expensive than evetech and excludes vat where evetech prices are including vat!
