Poor service

I bought a sound cable from Matrix South Gate 03/03/2022. When I got home I discovered it was the wrong cable. Still sealed in its packaging 05/03/2022 I went back to exchange it for the correct cable. I was told there as on warranty on cables. I will never shop from them ever again, even though I still needed to spend some extra cash to buy a 2 TB external hard drive. I would rather spend extra at another shop than ever buy from Matrix computers again. Totally disgusted as the person who served me on the day of purchase said I could have been a busy exchange it if it was still sealed in the original packing. It’s my last time ever
