poor service and inferior oroducts
Bought tto of those touch iPods, salesman didn't attempt to tell me about the memory ans ram art these items? When I wanted returned, they initially said they can't exchange or refund as the plastic seal over the box was taken off, concourse it was, as how are suppose to the specs. When I called yhe store again the manager said that it could be returned and that a 10% handling fee will be levied. II called their head office, spOkeechobee to Deon, his attitude was similar and even worst of the store. Dont buy anything from Matrix, rather buy from reutabk3 stores like makro game. MATRIX DONT KNOW ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We apologise for the frustration that you have experienced. The tablets perform to their specifications as advertised and have no fault apparent. The performance exceeds expectations of a sub R900 tablet. The units you wish to return have been used and are now second hand. Matrix Warehouse would not be able to sell the unit in the state that they are now in. The 10% repackaging fee allows the units to be returned to the factory for resetting and repackaging according to their specifications and quality standards. This is well within our rights as per the CPA.
