Poor Service

Terrible service . Went in to return a pc mouse. Renton and TJ refused to accept the return , saying the manager bianca is not in,only she is allowed to authorize a credit . I must come back another day . Went back again 2 days later , manager was not in again . But this another helpful salesperson credited me .Time and petrol is of utmost value. Therefore I will not be supporting Matrix Anymore .
