poor service
Went to Matrix warehouse in Alberton today, I did not expect much because their service level is poor, but some lady went an extra mile to assist me, I left without buying, but I was impressed by her selling skills, so I went back to buy goods to the value of R5000, I had my card out ready to pay only to be told the deal we discussed an hour ago was not as she explained, I was supposed to get a 1tb laptop and now suddenly it was only 250G, I make my purchases on intuition and when a deal change I leave, so once again matrix Alberton was a disappointment
