Poor quality products
I bought a NVIDIA GEFORCE GT630 graphics card. The first card did not work at all which the store replaced the next day. Since installation of the 2nd card my computer was giving endless problems. Doing NVIDIA updates the drivers would be uninstalled resulting in blue screen. i was back about 3 times since the purchase. Every time they test it and found nothing wrong. i gave it to a colleague and he experienced the same problems. I requested a refund which was refused because it was after 7 days. Reason for request was both card was giving problems. I now have to wait 21 day for a warranty claim. Ridicules

We apologise for your frustration. The card has been tested and works correctly on our test PC. The software updates appear to be the cause of your problem and it is not the hardware itself. This would not constitute a faulty component but rather an issue on your PC's software. This is the reason that we are unable to refund you at this time. The card will be sent to the manufacturers technical department to ascertain if there is indeed a fault on the hardware or not. The process will be treated as urgent and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
