Poor knowledge and performance from Matrix Warehouse Computers in Rustenburg

I requested Matrix Warehouse Computers in Rustenburg, to upgrade my perfect working HP 650 laptop from its 1TB hard drive to a +/-250SSD card on the Saturday 23 July 2022, as to speed up the laptop.... On the 24 July received a call from Matrix Warehouse Computers reporting that my laptop is not operational, and the the disk controller is damaged and need to be replaced, but no spares available...….. Matrix Warehouse Computers did suggest (weakly not knowing what to do.....) to send the laptop away, I refused, as I already lost trust and questioned their abilities in the Matrix Warehouse Computers shop IT expertise..... I fetch the laptop and on the following Monday, handed in the laptop to another Computer company in Rustenburg, and requested to inspect the unit and attempt to repair the laptop. A week later the laptop was repaired for use. Had to purchased again MS office again for the laptop.

This a is poor service to give the from Matrix Warehouse Computers, to cause damage on my laptop. For any further info Contact me on ***
