Poor Customer Service

I am disappointed in the service received from Matrix Warehouse Boksburg (K90). I bought a faulty UPS, returned it to the store and it was sent for repairs. After a few weeks got a call to collect the UPS. It was returned with scratches, I did not question these as it was in for repairs. A few weeks later the UPS continued with the issue it was giving the first time it was returned. Again I sent the UPS in at Matrix K90 and advised the manager that I was not satisfied with the UPS and seek a refund. The refund was refused stating that the their supplier does not want to issue credit to them and therefore they can not refund me. The manager did not seem to be bothered that I no longer want the product, she was not willing to assist. Am now stuck with a faulty product, I have not even used the product for six months.

I will never recommend Matrix Warehouse!!!
