Poor customer care.

I bought a router from Matrix bluff for my fibre line. They only had 1 router type - I purchased that. I tried it but it refused to connect. Various issues...didtn keep settings. After spending 3 hours on line with my ISP, It was recomended that I return router. Matrix bluff refused to take it back and insisted on testing it. They however could not test it at that time. I was told they would call me when it was tested. I am waiting a day later and still no response from them. The sell junk and refuse to take it back. The thought that driving the extra 10km to the nearest Makro would have saved me the several trips has crossed my mind. It is the last time I purchase anything from them and can honestly not recommend them.
