Pathetic service Matrix fourways

I tried returning HDMI cable which was purchased on Monday 27 March 2023 at fouways matrix. Only at returned stage I was informed of refunds policy. I’m returning the cable because I have realised the problem was the actual screen and not the cable so I purchased the screen and used my old cable. The return policy board is just underneath the counter and not visible to the purchaser across the counter. The cable is still functional with all contents. They insist on credit whereby I don’t have anything I need in the the shop worth that value. Issues with something worth less value, I wonder what would happen on something that costs a fortune, pathetic service I need my refund your cable is at the shop. Was given a form like it’s book for repairs whereas there’s nothing wrong with it.
