Outstanding service
On 25 January I purchased a cartridge for my printer of which the black ink was running low. I only realized a few days later that the cartridge I had purchased was incorrect. I made enquiries whether I could exchange it and to my delight not only did they agree to the exchange but they went out of their way to deliver it to my address. Well done Matrix, Francis, Tyler and Samantha!
