Today, on Tuesday 6 August 2024 --- -- I went into MATRIX WAREHOUSE CONSTANTIA (KLOOF) --- Because I am 65 years old, and not computer or cellphone literate - And I was trying to get my Laptop to "PICK UP" and read my (old) cellphone - So I could easily and efficiently do DATA TRANSFER - Mostly of PHOTOS and SCREENSHOTS - From my (old) cellphone to my laptop -- -- "JJ" was absolutely fantastic. He was PATIENT, KIND & VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE -- -- And instantly gave me an EXCELLENT LESSON -- -- In doing this DATA TRANSFER. ------ And this was after going to 4 other IT-Companies, all of whom wouldn't help me, and got impatient with me, and CHASED ME AWAY! In stark contrast, to all these other hostile companies --- --- "JJ," was so charming, patient, capable and outstanding -- ------ That I will now always go back to Matrix Warehouse, Constantia Kloof -- -------- For all of my IT, Cellphone and Laptop Needs.
