Out of box FAILURE

I bought a brand new Pantum Monochrome Laser printer at your Montana/ Kolonnade Retail Park store this week and unpacked it today and set everything up. <br> Everything installed beautifully and when I wanted to start printing I started having problems with the paper feeder. <br> It pulls in the paper but halfway it stops/ gets stuck and then it won't go any further. <br> I have now wasted about half a ream of paper on trying to figure out what might be the problem. <br> I have done everything exactly as per the installation instructions but still, paper gets stuck halfway and then the red light comes on. <br> I'm so frustrated now I could spit. <br> I HAVE to print today but all I get is wasted paper and red lights.
