Ontvrede met diens vir omruiling van foutiewe modem.
Nuwe modem gekoop wat foutief is hulle weier om hom om te ruil en is nou weg gestuur om na te kyk. Volgens hulle tree hulle reg op en ek is baie ontevrede en wil foutiewe modem omgeruil hé. Hulle is vinnig om te verkoop maar as dit by omruiling kom is hulle vol stories.
