Not honorring their warrantee agreements to custom

I have bought a netgear router from matrix warehouse lambton store. The router are faulty in the warrantee time took it back 3 times now also had a tech from matrix to my house testing it to see that the unit it faulty and also tested in store at their alberton head office to see it is faulty. No matrix yet again says that the supllier says it nothing wrong. I f feel matrix is stall8ng and always full of excuses. Still waiting for my router to be fixed a month on.
