Not for the Consumer

The service is shocking. I spent just over 16000 at matrix alberton in Feb for new components for my desktop due to a black screen error now to be told in April my new motherboard [that they sold me in February] ethernet port is faulty.

The ethernet was working perfectly before I handed in my pc on 3 april for the same black screen issue that was supposed to have been resolved in Feb by purchasing all those new components from them.

They have had my pc for 2 days going on 3 days. This is for my business. And they cannot help me by swapping it out for one that is working.

They sold me a faulty mother board but want me to wait for them to send it to their supplier first and on top of the fact that the ethernet was not working when they had the pc in their workshop but was working fine when i had the pc at my office?

I am an extremely unhappy customer.
