No Service,

I'm the Conway Group IT Manager, I needed a PC urgently since I lost one due to lightning... previously I've supported Matrix quite a bit over the past few years... I phoned the shop requesting them to build me a Pc which I needed that afternoon the person I spoke to said it's fine but asked would mind sending them an confirmation email which I did... when I got there no one had any glue about it.... well that was the last time you'll ever see me thanx for nothing...! oh by the way I'm upgrading my servers and pc's just after financial year end pinnacle seems much more focused on service.
