No sense of work pride???
It was Saturday 04/07/2015 around 2 to 3 pm when I walked this Matrix shop. There was one client in front querying about monitor's etc. While waiting for him I was going through their specials pamphlet. To my surprise there a lot of guys behind the counter around some PC's that I guess were being built. No attention from any them. When the guy that was serving the 1st client was done. He just walked past me and so a total wasted 15minutes I stood there. Least to say that I will never walk in there or any other store under that brand again. Congrats you have lost out a 10 grand spend. I am now confident that soon the rent for your store will be very hard to pay and so will the personal bills of all you assholes that stood there and let money go...keep going you imbecilic jerks. Business has no place for a non clientcentric approach. To anyone that will read this. Steer clear from Matrix Warehouse Computers.

Please accept our apology for the less than acceptable service you experienced at this store. Regrettably we were only able to facilitate 3 staff members at this store on this day where there are normally at least 5 staff members. They were not able to attend to every single need and this is the reason that you were felt that you were not attended to as our clients have come to expect.
