NO RESPONSIBILITY - YOU NEED TO CLOSE DOWN!!!
So on Thursday 7 February 2019, I take my laptop to matrix Warehouse Roodepoort to get fixed. On Friday 8 February 2019 my laptop gets ****** from behind the counter while the shop is open and employees in the shop.
Today, 11 February 2019, I receive a call from the owner of the shop. Firstly I would like to state that he is the rudest idiot I have ever come across with an attitude. He informed me that he does not have money nor insurance to replace my R22 000 laptop so that's that... I can not understand how you leave your laptop in the possession of a shop then when it gets ****** they have the nerve to treat you like ****. MY LAPTOP WAS ****** IN YOUR POSSESSION, YOU IDIOT!!!
PLEASE PEOPLE, NEVER TAKE YOUR LAPTOP TO MATRIX WAREHOUSE ROODEPOORT!! COMPANIES LIKE THIS HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN.
We do apologize that this has occurred, but we don't wish for our customers property to be ******. Even though we do take utmost care to look after our customers stock, sometimes the ******** element in South Africa always seems to be a step ahead. We have opened a case with the SAPS and the case number will be provided to you and your insurance. We will also make the video footage of the incident available to you and your insurance. Our offices will be in contact with you to resolve the matter amicably.
