No response
It has now been 4 days since I've lodged my complaint on the 17th about Matrix Warehouse's ******* terms and conditions. They have still not responded. How is that for frustration and poor customer service? And that from their head office in Alberton. Honestly, I can't think of a single reason to buy there ever again.

22 Dec 2022, 14:07MW contacted me and tried to usurp upon section 56(2)(a)-(b) of the CPA, again, by trying to convince me to accept the product upon being repaired. I refused and reminded them again of the aforementioned consumer rights. Their representative, however, didn’t have the authority to enforce the CPA and had to cancel the call in order to get authority. MW granted him, and by extension, me, the privilege of exercising my rights under the CPA. Apparently MW is the final arbiter of consumer rights. The refund had been made and the issue, as it pertains to my case, is mute. I'm annoyed at the fact that I had to take time out of my life to fight the issue instead of having the privilege to expect the retailer to abide by the law. I am, however, pressing ahead with laying a complaint with the consumer commission as I wasn’t the first consumer, nor will I be the last, to fall prey to their ******* terms and conditions.
