No refund for faulty goods
<p>I purchased 5 packs of 10 DVD-Rs which are unreadable after writing to them. I tried to return four packs which were unopened and was told that they would not refund my money but would give me an "in-store credit". I do not want a credit as I will never be going to that shop again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why would I buy anything else from them? If it's faulty, I get a credit to buy something else that's faulty?</p>

The shop tested the HP dvd's that you returned and they could open and view the images that you copied onto the disc's perfectly. They needed to install an image viewer that allowed them to access the images without any issues. We suggest that you contact the shop and they can assist by informing you what image viewer to download and install that will allow you to view all the images. All the HP disc's work 100% and there is nothing wrong with them.
