Upon purchasing a tablet in December 2014, we had a cheerful encounter with a sales assistant and the product was happily purchased. My son was very happy untill a accident happened and the screen cracked. We took it back to Matrix for repairs. On Monday the 24/01/2015 we handed tablet in for repairs and was told that they would call us back. 20 days passed with no reply or response. I went to the shop on Friday 13th and was told to come back as they could not locate the tablet, and was asked to return later. When returning I got news that tablet was not yet repaired and that it would cost exactly the same price as the tablet itself. I'll go to collect my son's tablet on Thursday the 19th and take it for repairs to a third party as I shall never set foot in Matrix again. Advice to all, ignore purchasing any goods at this supplier as you will regret it.

We apologise that it has taken so long to quote you. The screen replacement is unfortunately very expensive and is almost the same price as a new tablet. Matrix Warehouse does not have any say over the pricing from the manufacturer over what discount they offer on the complete tablet. Whatever discount Matrix Warehouse gets from the vendors is carried over direct to the end user. The tablet is very well priced and is as you have stated discount to such an effect, that it is the same price as the screen. It is with regret that we are unable to source the screen any cheaper.
