NO customer service at Matrix Warehouse Klipfontein WITBANK

Took my laptop for repairs and the hard drive broke. they repaired it and when it returned I had no space it in. I took in back again then they said they made upgrades and gave it back to me told me my laptop had no *****s in it. I don't even know how to take *****s out and this was the 1st time my laptop went for repairs. Then I went back 2days and told manager that they should put my *****s back. the tech was so rude shouting at me that how can I blame him and the laptop came so. Such rude behavior from this tech shouting at me while customers were standing there. The manager/owner came over and assisted me and put my *****s back in. Is the customer not always right and why didn't the tech install the *****s the first time. I wont recommend the klipfontein witbank store to anyone is this is their usual behavior
