<p>I regret spending money with matrix as the after market service I got is terrible. I bought a cctv kit from you guys set up the machine and the cameras I got is perfect. I am not a installation fundi but did the job myself. So I go back to the shop I bought it from to ask them hey listen the cameras I bought is great where can I get the same spec from. The guys 1st answer I don't sell cameras I'm like ok so give me a spec on the 1s you keep in stock he say I don't so I am like I bought the system from you surly you should have a spec. He is like no so then I say it's a box set dvr and 4 cams he says to me in a unhelpfully way we have a few billion box's be more specific. I then lost it I think his manner is provoking and I will never spend a cent with you guys again Is he ****** or does he just think I am dom. Speaking to me in a manner like he is better than me </p>
