MY HARD DRIVE IS LOOSE
A few months back I sent my laptop in for repairs at Matrix in Melville.<br> At the time, the person who dealt with my PC issues was very rude and uninterested in helping.<br> <br> Nonetheless, today my laptop would not pick up the hard drive.<br> After several attempts to correct the issue, I discovered that the *****s which keeps the hard drive in place was never reinserted. <br> <br> Thank you Matrix for the inconvenience. <br> <br> Regards,<br> C.
