MY GOOD OPINION LOST, IS LOST FOREVER!!

<p>Yesterday I bought a universal notebook power adapter from Matrix Carnival Mall. When I got home and wanted to charge my laptop I found that not all the parts were there.</p> <p>No problem right? WRONG!!</p> <p>The half empty box was returned to the store with proof of purchase to get the rest of the parts, a refund or a new box but unfortunately Matrix Carnival Mall Lady Manager refused. According to her she has video footage showing that the box was checked before given to me.</p> <p>Unfortunately I can't view the footage because she does not want to send it to me. If she can prove that the box was checked, well then your people check jack!! He just opened the box for the benefit of the camera and not to see if the customer is going to be happy with the contents ... if any!!</p> <p>Well you lost our whole family's business as well as both the companies we work for.</p> <p>I am still waiting for that video footage because I am not a ******** as you would like to imply by not taking my word that the box had missing elements. I am waiting for your Head Office to contact me but they seem just as careless about customer satisfaction as Matrix Shop in Carnival Mall.</p>
