Mi box exploitation

About a year ago I coughed up R 1700 for a Google certified mi tv box. It constantly looses connection with my router and will not pick up my network 5 meters away. After taking the unit in and pultiple phone calls they keep on telling me there is nothing wrong with it and refuse a refund or replacement of the product. A bunch of low value products sold at enormous prices and running away after sales service. NEVER will I support this bunch of ****** ever again.
