Mercer 32" Led Monitor
I bought the Led Monitor on 20th Nov, when I open the box the screen was cracked, is took it back same time, Isaack Khoza was told that they will send back to the supply, I phoned 26 Nov was told that I broke it, when it was not even checked before I left the shop, whats a rip-off from Matrix, guys you can do better than that, I need my R3200 refund

There is no damage to the outer box, but the actual screen has impact damage present where it has been dropped / bumped. This unfortunately voids the warranty due to being assessed as physical damage. A report from the suppliers will also be supp**** to you.

27 Nov 2020, 13:36dont you think it was going to be better if the screen was checked before it was handed over to me, because i still maintain that it was not my fault, if you ask your floor manager, i was promised to get it the following day because there was nothing from the storeroom, out of the blue he came with it somewhere, what if somebody returned it because it was faulty and it was given to me.

04 Dec 2020, 16:42I cannot say thanks to the report because it did not address my complain, your report said they were fingerprint on the screen around damage area and the box was open, Really how can you connect the screen without opening the box and not touching it. was not even offered the chance of paying for repairs let alone the refund or replacement. I know my rights are limited to you because you are bigger than me but i mentioned to your report that Matrix rob me my last money
