MATRIX/BEAME: ABSENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I have contacted Matrix/Beame via their website twice as their call centre appears to have been impacted by COVID. I requested that my Matrix tracker unit be removed as it is draining my car battery. I am still waiting for the technical department to contact me to arrange the removal. The company offered to upgrade to newer devices at no extra cost - even this they failed on. If this is how Matrix/Beame reacts to customers - I wonder if I had an incident if I can expect any response? I gave the company 2 stars in anticipation of some reaction but in reality they deserve no stars.
