I bought a gaming mouse for my son, when he connected to his PC, it was not working, i phoned the store and they said sometimes it happens that you get a faulty mouse, but they can’t replace it, it will have to be sent away, my problem is that they don’t tell the customer if it’s faulty within 7 days then they replace it
