Recommended and sold Asus laptop for IT student, laptop gone faulty after 2 weeks, Matrix Warehouse refuse to replace, unresponsive management, Taiwanese manufacturers referred me to Matrix Warehouse with no solution, still without laptop,

Good day Purchased it from Matrix Southdowns, Centurion (and returned it to Southdowns on 5 March 2018) Have been trying to contact Deon and Mr. Boshoff (Matrix Alberton) to assist in this matter without any joy up to date (13 March 2018) .
