Matrix Warehouse *****s your money at RAGE
<p> Upon trying to purchase a Graphics Card from the Matrix stand at the RAGE festival, I swiped my Standard Bank Credit Card. Greg at the stand swiped my card and the money went off of my account but showed unsuccesful on the machine. Upon querying this Jan Boshoff (Managing Director) insisted on swiping my card again before wanting to give me my purchase. After I refused Jan Boshoff became extremy rude and told me that he owns 90 stores and doesn't need my R2900 purchase. </p> <p> </p> <p>Upon contacting my bank I was advised that the transaction indeed went off.</p> <p> </p> <p>This unprofessional behaviour will make me never shop at any Matrix Warehouse again. It doesnt help you have 90 stores but your Managing Director's customer relationship management s****s are unsatisfactory. Totally unprofessional.</p>

We agree that you tried to purchase a Graphics card from us at Rage. Unfortunately the transaction was returned from your bank "Unsuccessful" I know that your bank say it went off by them but they should have also informed you that the transaction will be automatically reversed into your account. Mr Boshoff gave you his business card and committed that when the money has been reversed you are welcome to contact him and we will give you the Graphics card at the same price and deliver it to the closest shop where you live. At no time were anyone rude to you and we feel that we provided you with 5 star service going out of our way to ensure that we will deliver the same product to the shop of your choice. Please let us know when the transaction has been reversed and if you would still require the graphics card.
