Matrix Warehouse- Stay Away

I would not recommend these service providers to anyone. My laptop was damaged whilst in the services of Matrix. The left hinge on the platform. I was told that it had been in that condition when it went in which is untrue. I tried to make contact with the store manager and the MD to have the matter seen to and I received astoundingly poor service from the store Manager and the MD. I had to take my device elsewhere to be repaired and incurred additional expenses. They do not care about customer satisfaction or personal property. I dismayed by the level of unprofessionalism by all parties involved. To date I have yet to receive an apology or refund for the damages and expenses on my device.
