Matrix Warehouse staff is unhelpful and rude.

Very Disappointed – Unhelpful and Rude

I had a very frustrating experience. The staff was unhelpful and showed clear attitude when I asked for assistance. Instead of trying to resolve my issue, I felt dismissed and treated with impatience. Not acceptable customer service at all.
