Matrix warehouse ****** me

Hello Peter On the 25th of July 2019,i went to Matrix warehouse at Fourways mall to buy 500m of ethernet cable.I was served by Cashton who told me that they did not have 1 big roll to the size of 500m.We then agreed that he was going to give me 4 different rolls that would add up to 500m,which he did.Upon getting to my place,I got an email from cashton telling me that the cable he had given me was 460m not the 500m he charged me.He then told me that he was going to bring the outstanding cable within 5 working days.After 5 days i have been calling him and he is now giving me stories which i am totally not happy with.I now feel like i was being ****** by matrix warehouse as cashton as they are now refusing to bring what i had paid for.I was buying the cable for my client and the client now thinks that i ****** him and he has lost trust in me. Hellopeter can you kindly engage with matrix warehouse on my behalf and find out if that is now really their new ways of handling customers.If that is their new ways of making quicky çash by allowing their workers to rob their clients.Can you kindly inform them that i need my outstanding cable soon and cleansing of my name to my client as my relationship with my client is now sour.Bellow is matrix warehouse contact details and the person who assisted me.
