Matrix Warehouse - not recommended

I bought a product from the Matrix Warehouse after consulting with a customer services representative that it was the right product. It turned out not to be suitable and took it back within seven days to get a refund in terms of the consumer protection act. They refused to provide a refund on the product as it was aligned to their ‘constitution’. They said they would give me a credit note which expires in 30 days. Well good luck to Matrix Warehouse under the ‘new management’, because I would strongly advise not to purchase items there.
