Matrix warehouse Mall @ Reds
Bought 2.5 inch Hdd, got home and noticed package was open. Hdd was faulty. Returned the item and was left waiting for half an hour while it was tested. What happened to exchange of items? Technical expertise is good, customer service pathetic.
