Matrix Warehouse Krugersdorp - Poor Service
I don't often visit hellopeter to complain that said this is the second time for a different item and unfortunately for the same company, I purchased a UPS which lasted just longer than a week so no in store exchange, the UPS was subsequently sent to head office for assessment, everytime I call to follow-up I'm told they'll call me back, still waiting on the call, we visited the store - with the same outcome. Tremendously frustrating to pay for something that doesn't work and no feedback is given.
