Matrix Warehouse - keyboard warrantee sucks

Bought a gaming keyboard from Matrix Warehouse on 2023/01/17 which failed on 2023/02/17. Visited branch where it was bought and advised that it would be sent in for inspection and warranty repair as it was beyond the 7 day replacement period.

My request for a replacement was met with a NO "it is the process". I now have had to purchase a new keyboard.

Matrix warehouse has now lost a sale of a new keyboard and permanently lost a future customer

I WILL NOT SUPPORT MATRIX WAREHOUSE INI ANY WAY EVER AGAIN
