MATRIX Warehouse HATFIELD PREYS ON STUDENTS VULNERABILITY

I was *****ed. I sent my cellphone for repairs of the glass screen, only to find that a counterfeit LED screen was installed along with a "glass" screen that was put on using glue. The LED was never supposed to be replaced nor repaired, I only had this supposedly repaired phone for one week yet it not functioning. All of this was charged at R650 and now to replace the LED which is supposedly broken Matrix Warehouse HATFIELD is charging me R850. I feel ********** and intend to go to the authorities with this matter and report this franchise to the consumer commission, as I can only imagine the number of students that are being ripped and *****ed by Matrix Warehouse HATFIELD as this shop preys on the desperation of their consumers, namely students.
