Matrix warehouse Durban

Poor shocking after sales service. I took my laptop for repair under warranty on the 21st of April. I was told it would take 21 working days. Late May I was sent a email to say it had been repaired. I went into Matrix Warehouse Durban to collect. I was told the machine was not there and was not working. Repair order ***6. I use this machine to make a living. I was ridiculed by the management. I was told the machine was a entry level machine and was not good for the purpose I use it for. I teach online English with it. I have had loss of income. As of today I have no feedback after numerous emails. The communication is none. Such poor after sales service.
