Matrix Warehouse Computers

I took my PC in for repairs on 14/12/2019 on 09h00 at Matrix, Bluff.

Explained to the Matrix staff that if repairs are not possible, at least give me an assessment on what components are faulty.

Without doing any test work I was told I need a new motherboard.

Again, requested that the components be tested for fault finding.

On 16/12/2019 at 09h17 I was contacted by one of the Matrix staff, Bianca who informed me that the motherboard is fine and the processor is faulty but she will contact me on 19/12/2019. (Was not contacted.)

I went to Matrix again on 20/12/2019 at 09h00.

The "workshop" was in an astracious condition. The staff ran around trying to find various components of my PC. My graphics card was lying under a pile of hardware components. My case was initially nowhere to be found.

I recieved three verdicts from various Matrix employees. Each person gave me a different story.

One off the staff members placed my CPU in a test bench. The bench did not boot up. Worked before - New problem.

I was then informed it must be the memory.

At this stage I felt it would be best to leave and not loose my temper.

As discussed with Bianca, I will return on 21/12/2019 at 09h00 to collect my PC. Hopefully Matrix will be able to find all my components, put everything back together the way it was and did not damage anything further.
