Matrix Warehouse Computers are a bunch of ******

Never take your computer to Matrix Warehouse Computers in Roodepoort Constantia. I took my Toshiba laptop to them because it does not switch on on 19 April 2018. They "Say" they have a 2 day turnaround time. They require a R200 booking fee, which I was already annoyed with. Since when do you charge a person before they even look at the problem. I called them after 2 weeks and they could not tell me what the problem is. I call them again today and they claim that they have been trying to call me, but they could not reach me. Strange how everybody else can reach me just fine. When I get there, they tell me that they cannot repair the laptop due to a motherboard failure. R200 in their pockets for doing absolutely stuff all. What a bunch of ******.

Dear Karin

Our customers pay an assessment assessment fee which is feasible for our expertise. We do not work for free as we are in the service industry. The moment our techs pick up a tool to work on a PC there is a cost involved. We do apologize for not getting in touch with you sooner but actual work was done on the unit to determine that the motherboard was faulty.

Regards

The Matrix Team

Then you should train your staff to give potential customers the correct information. Excuses, excuses, excuses. I will never ever support Matrix Warehouse computers again. Hopefully, others can learn from my expensive mistake.
